New Washington and Baltimore-area FM and TV logos, format flips added to site listings

I have updated various FM and TV station logos listed on the Local FM Stations and Local TV Stations page.  I typically update the logos once a year in the spring.  Here’s a rundown of what has changed in the past year:

89.7 W209BY Woodbridge, VA, repeater of Roanoke, VA’s WRVL 88.3, changed formats from religious “Victory FM” to ccm-formatted “The Journey 88.3.”

99.1 WNEW Annapolis, MD removed the CBS eye from their logo.

99.5 WIHT Washington, DC updated their logo in 2015–their third logo since becoming a CHR station in 2001.

102.9 W275BO Chantilly, VA, which repeats 730 WTNT, flipped formats in the past year and updated their logo accordingly.

103.5 WTOP Washington, DC, as well as its sister signal, 107.7 WWWT Manassas, VA, adopted a new logo this year.

Channel 33 (virtual 22.1) WHUT Washington, DC traded in a colorful logo for something more traditional in 2015.

Channel 50 WDCW Washington, DC rebranded as “DCW Television” in the past year.  They retain the CW Network affiliation.
