FM E-Skip Opening 7/14/14. 3 new logs.

media-fmesNewfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island FM signals were heard in Northern Virginia via Sporadic E on July 14.  The weak opening started at 7:37 p.m. and ended at 8:18 p.m., or 41 minutes, with a MUF of 103.1 FM.  The Canadian Maritimes have always been a difficult direction for E-Skip propagation locally as I have to aim at my local IBOC-broadcasting FM signals, rendering most first adjacent frequencies impossible to DX.  However, this opening put the local signals to test with reception on 89.9, 95.7, 97.3, 100.1, 100.9 and 101.3, frequencies which are usually blanketed by HD Radio interference when aimed to the northeast.  My DX Log and Audio Files pages have been updated to reflect the information below.
