Es opening 5/17/13. 2 new logs.

2013-post-esI received new signals via E-skip for the first time this year on May 17.  The opening, which centered on Missouri and Kansas, started at 11:16 a.m. with a brief fadeup of an unidentified religious station on 90.3 FM.  Overall, signals heard in the opening were weak and the opening itself was typical for early-season Es.  Regional signals typically received in openings into the MO/KS area were not heard, save for relog 92.9 KMXN and possibly stations listed below which were not identified.  The opening was out of FM at 11:44 a.m., or 28 minutes, with a MUF of 95.3.
