E-skip opening 6/10/11. 3 new logs.

June 10 provided for a long, but unstable Es opening in Northern Virginia.  MUF was noted at 106.3 FM from the entire middle portion of the country (TX, KS and MI).  Multiple Es clouds were possibly involved.  Signals were weak and competing with each other, making it difficult to ID.

I was, unfortunately, away from my radios for majority of the opening, but I managed to log 3 new FM stations, with audio files below:

91.7 KUHA Houston, TX, 840 mi, 5:09 p.m. “Classical 91-7”, legal ID, unattended recording

93.5 KKDT Burdett, KS, 1208 mi, 8:17 p.m. “Dave 93.5”, ID, heard in car radio about 8 miles north of my home

97.7 WOLV Houghton, MI, 816 mi, 6:54 p.m. “97.7 The Wolf”, unattended recording

The following relogs were also heard, most in my car radio:

91.7 KBNJ Corpus Christi, TX
91.7 KAXE Grand Rapids, MI
92.1 WWAX Menomonie, WI
94.1 KLNO Dallas, TX
96.9 KNTE El Campo, TX
97.7 KLTO McQueeney, TX
97.7 KMTY Holdredge, NE
